This weekend we hooked up with Lisa and Ian whose wedding we’re shooting later on in the year. Lisa and Ian wanted to get used to being in front of the camera before their big day and so opted for an extended Engagement shoot. So we spent a good few hours around Hengistbury Head near Mudeford making use of the lovely beach huts and catching up with a coffee. They needn’t have worried – they were absolute pros and I think we all had a jolly good time.
The weather was bizarre – it changed all the time. Literally one minute we had brilliant blue skies and then next we were plagued by stormy rain clouds, but as these are going to be made into a guestbook for the wedding that gave us lots of variety so we weren’t complaining.
Here are some of our favourites from the day:

Absolutely beautiful work Emma! Simply Stunning! There isn’t a shot here I don’t automatically love. A sensational relaxed engagement shoot totally capturing the couple. Beautiful!! Can’t wait to see the wedding photos later this year!!! sj.p
Beach huts and blue sky…summer is coming!!! Every one of these pictures is gorgeous, the guest book is going to look AWESOME!
These are fab! What a great location too.
Beautiful Emma. Love the beac huts. My favourite is the last one – awesome sky.
I’m truly compelled by this set of images. They have a touch of the epic romance movie about them. You’ve rendered some gorgeous environments beautifully and Lisa & Ian really are stars in these settings. Their wedding photographs are going to be off the map good.
Gorgeous summery and romantic feel to these – I love them! Such a fantastic location, which you’ve taken advantage of so well.
